Primary Create (previously known as Circus) is expanding and we’re on the hunt for a talented Account Manager to support two Account Directors. This is genuinely an exciting opportunity to be part of a full-service agency who are growing from strength to strength. There is loads of scope to get involved across a number of accounts and touch points – you’ll never be siloed, and your experience will develop exponentially over a relatively short time.

Key responsibilities:
- Ability to lead projects from briefing through to final delivery
- Understand the technical aspects of project delivery and agency process to ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time and meet client expectations
- Ability to manage client budgets and ensure efficient, timely invoicing and reporting
- Work on multiple projects at any given time
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Identify client opportunities and grow the accounts you work across
- Ability to guide a project through complex client processes
Skills And Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ agency experience
- Highly organised
- Great verbal & written communication
- A strong client service focus and work ethic
- An appreciation for design and creativity
- A team player
- Skilled in Microsoft
- Great attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn
- An interest in social media
Working Arrangements
The role offers the following working arrangement:
- 3 days working at Surry Hills office
- 2 days working from home

Each year Primary provides up to three paid intern positions. Every intern will have the opportunity to work on specific client projects and will be evaluated on their performance.
Mentoring is provided by one of our senior managers, and there is also strong peer support from our team of young guns.
