Building momentum:

Zebra Technologies Partner and Customer Summits 2025

Working
Agency
Objective

To build on the momentum of Zebra Technologies’ inaugural Partner and Customer Summits in 2024, the 2025 series marked a significant expansion of Zebra’s presence and engagement across the ANZ region. Once again, Zebra entrusted Primary Communication with full-service delivery of the summits — from strategic planning and logistics to content development, onsite coordination, and post-event engagement.

Held across five key cities — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Auckland — between 17 February and 19 March 2025, the summits brought together Zebra’s robust partner ecosystem and valued customers to share insights, explore innovation, and drive mutual growth. Each summit aimed to showcase Zebra’s latest technologies and go-to-market strategies, deliver practical sales enablement tools, and highlight real-world success stories through live demonstrations.

A key theme throughout the 2025 summits was collaboration — enabling Zebra and its partners to uncover new revenue opportunities, strengthen strategic alliances, and build a thriving channel ecosystem.

Moreover, when Typhoon Alfred disrupted the Brisbane leg of the series, Primary demonstrated exceptional agility. Within 48 hours, the team re-coordinated supplier arrangements, communicated changes to all stakeholders, and executed a seamless event on the revised date — ensuring momentum and engagement remained strong.

Campaign

Primary Communication led the end-to-end execution of the summit series, with responsibilities spanning six core pillars:

  • Project management- Developed and maintained project plans, budgets, and timelines; facilitated weekly check-ins with Zebra stakeholders; and provided real-time updates on event progress and milestones.
  • Venue & logistics coordination- Sourced, negotiated, and confirmed contracts across five venues; managed AV, catering, signage, and on-site run sheets to ensure seamless delivery at each location.
  • Content & speaker support- Reviewed and formatted all presentation decks; developed speaker and sponsor briefing documents; facilitated multiple rehearsals; and produced comprehensive MC scripts.
  • Event platform & registration- Built and managed Zebra’s CVENT platform to streamline invitations, RSVPs, and attendee tracking; created branded event emails and provided ongoing registration insights.
  • Marketing & merchandise- Coordinated branded merchandise and demo materials, ensured consistency across all physical and digital brand touchpoints, and managed collateral for on-site engagement.
  • On-site delivery & post-event engagement- Provided in-person support at each summit; tracked social media activity and engagement; facilitated prize distribution; conducted post-event debriefs; and distributed attendee feedback surveys.
